This is a new month, and the start of the very first day of the rest of your life! Are you looking forward to that? Do you believe that your world is going to be a bright one? Do you feel as if nothing can harm you? That no matter what happens, you are going to emerge victorious? Or, are you dreading it? I certainly hope and pray that you are looking forward to it with joy!.God gave us life, that we may have and live life to the fullest.As a child of God, we need to EXPECT a good life, because His promises are true! He cannot lie. He is the same, yesterday, today and forever.
It is not to say we won't have troubles along the way...He never promised us a Rose Garden with no thorns. God is a God of Power. It is His strength that carries us through.He is a God of Love. Jesus said that He is always with us; He is closer than a brother! Imagine that! We can count on Him, twenty-four hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five days a year!As the song you are hearing says...We Shall Overcome Someday!With Jesus at our side, overcoming is easy!

Do not let your heart be troubled;Jesus is with you always. His yoke is easy and His burden is light.He is your friend, always there with you in happy times and in sad times. Love Him! Make Him your very dearest friend!Keep Him around each and every day, all day long. And at night, ask Him to stay and watch over you, giving you peaceful slumber. God never sleeps!!!
