2)BELIEVE that Jesus died and rose again for your sins.
3)CONFESS that Jesus is Lord of your life.

Dear Jesus,
I admit to you, with a truly repentant heart, that I am a sinner. I want to change my life. I believe that You died on that Cross for me, and that after 3 days, You arose from the dead, to sit with the Father in Heaven. Please come into my heart; into my life, and stay with me. You said You would stick closer than a brother. I am counting on that, for I cannot live a good life without You. Today I make You the Lord of my Life. I thank You for all You are, and all that You are going to do with me, by me and through me, each and every day, for as long as I live. You are an Awesome God, and I love You with all my heart.
